Thinking & Working logic

I'm a rather straight forward person.

When I need to work or plan for something, I'll try to figure out the easiest and best way to complete it from my point of view.

When I'm having this process, personal factors should be removed.

I really don't like people to tell me that don't work too hard or count in other personal factors when making decision.

Everyone had their working style and I respect what I had committed, especially those works that I like and enjoy.

I don't think I can be a successful person, I just hope that I can enjoy what I like and respected by the others.

For the past few months, someone I know was overcame some issues from his small family. Everyone tried to help when it first happened. After a while, everyone find that how stupid they are to help someone who is lying. Actually, it's not a big deal for everyone because basically it's none of their business. Love should be and always only between 2 people.

Lately, I had heard that he's seeking for listener.

When everyone is open for offering help, he shut the door and when everyone left, he blame everyone not care about him?

What kind of logic is that?
